Plainte pour incitation à la haine antisémite, à la violence et négationnisme

L’Institut Jonathas a déposé plainte, ce 5 février 2026, auprès des autorités judiciaires belges à charge de « Golemsklub » pour incitation à la haine raciale, incitation à la violence, antisémitisme et négationnisme, à la suite de la répétition de faits graves, constatés sur plusieurs réseaux sociaux.
Depuis plusieurs mois, un individu identifié sur plusieurs réseaux sociaux diffuse de manière répétée et systématique des contenus visant les personnes juives : insultes, propos haineux, appels à la violence, références explicites à une nouvelle Shoah, ainsi que des contenus contestant ou tournant en dérision le génocide des six millions de Juifs.
Parmi les éléments signalés figurent notamment :
- la remise en cause explicite de la Shoah,
- l’utilisation de symboles, stéréotypes et montages inspirés de la propagande nazie,
- des contenus appelant à la déshumanisation des Juifs,
- et des publications visant des personnalités publiques par des procédés antisémites.
L’Institut Jonathas a transmis aux autorités compétentes un dossier étayé, comprenant des captures d’écran et documents démontrant la répétition, la gravité et la dangerosité potentielle de ces contenus.
Des informations préoccupantes ont également été portées à la connaissance de l’Institut concernant l’accès présumé de l’auteur à des données sensibles, ainsi que ses responsabilités professionnelles impliquant des publics vulnérables, éléments qui justifient une vigilance accrue et un examen approfondi par les autorités.
Par ailleurs, une personne proche de l’auteur principal est également mentionnée pour des publications antisémites et faisant l’apologie de l’idéologie nazie. Ces faits ont déjà fait l’objet d’un traitement médiatique par Sudinfo, dans un contexte distinct, et ont été intégrés au dossier transmis à la justice.
« La liberté d’expression ne couvre ni la négation de génocides, ni l’incitation à la haine ou à la violence. Face à la banalisation de l’antisémitisme et à sa diffusion massive en ligne, il est de notre responsabilité collective d’agir. »
L’Institut Jonathas rappelle que le négationnisme est un délit pénal en Belgique, que l’incitation à la haine et à la violence constitue une menace directe pour la cohésion sociale, et que les réseaux sociaux ne peuvent devenir des zones de non-droit.
L’Institut Jonathas continuera à documenter les dérives antisémites, à saisir les autorités compétentes, et à œuvrer à la lutte contre l’antisémitisme et la défense de l’État de droit.

Aanklacht wegens aanzetting tot antisemitische haat, geweld en holocaustontkenning

Het Institut Jonathas heeft op 5 februari 2026 bij de Belgische gerechtelijke autoriteiten een klacht ingediend tegen « Golemsklub » wegens aanzetten tot rassenhaat, aanzetten tot geweld, antisemitisme en holocaustontkenning, naar aanleiding van herhaalde ernstige feiten die op verschillende sociale netwerken zijn vastgesteld.
Sinds enkele maanden verspreidt een persoon die op verschillende sociale netwerken is geïdentificeerd, herhaaldelijk en systematisch inhoud die gericht is tegen joden: beledigingen, haatzaaiende uitlatingen, oproepen tot geweld, expliciete verwijzingen naar een nieuwe Shoah, evenals inhoud die de genocide op zes miljoen joden betwist of belachelijk maakt.
Onder de gemelde elementen bevinden zich met name:
- het expliciet in twijfel trekken van de Shoah,
- het gebruik van symbolen, stereotypen en montages geïnspireerd op nazi-propaganda,
- inhoud die oproept tot de ontmenselijking van Joden,
- en publicaties die zich richten op publieke figuren door middel van antisemitische praktijken.
Het Institut Jonathas heeft de bevoegde autoriteiten een gedocumenteerd dossier bezorgd, met screenshots en documenten die de herhaling, de ernst en het potentiële gevaar van deze inhoud aantonen. Het Instituut heeft ook zorgwekkende informatie ontvangen over de vermeende toegang van de auteur tot gevoelige gegevens en zijn professionele verantwoordelijkheden ten aanzien van kwetsbare doelgroepen, elementen die extra waakzaamheid en een grondig onderzoek door de autoriteiten rechtvaardigen.
Bovendien wordt een persoon die dicht bij de hoofdauteur staat, ook genoemd in verband met antisemitische publicaties en het verheerlijken van de nazi-ideologie. Deze feiten zijn al door Sudinfo in een andere context in de media behandeld en zijn opgenomen in het dossier dat aan justitie is overgedragen.
« De vrijheid van meningsuiting omvat noch het ontkennen van genocide, noch het aanzetten tot haat of geweld. Gezien de banalisering van antisemitisme en de massale verspreiding ervan online, is het onze collectieve verantwoordelijkheid om op te treden. »
Het Institut Jonathas herinnert eraan dat holocaustontkenning in België een strafbaar feit is, dat het aanzetten tot haat en geweld een directe bedreiging vormt voor de sociale cohesie en dat sociale netwerken geen rechtsvrije zones mogen worden.
Het Institut Jonathas zal antisemitische uitwassen blijven documenteren, de bevoegde autoriteiten inschakelen en zich blijven inzetten voor de bestrijding van antisemitisme en de verdediging van de rechtsstaat.

Complaint for incitement to antisemitic hatred, violence, and Holocaust denial

On February 5th, 2026, the Institut Jonathas filed a complaint with the Belgian judicial authorities against « Golemsklub » for incitement to racial hatred, incitement to violence, antisemitism, and Holocaust denial, following repeated serious incidents observed on several social networks.
For several months, an individual identified on several social networks has been repeatedly and systematically disseminating content targeting Jewish people: insults, hate speech, calls for violence, explicit references to a new Shoah, as well as content contesting or mocking the genocide of six million Jews.
Among the elements reported are:
- explicit questioning of the Holocaust,
- the use of symbols, stereotypes, and montages inspired by Nazi propaganda,
- content calling for the dehumanization of Jews,
- and publications targeting public figures through antisemitic methods.
The Institut Jonathas has forwarded a detailed file to the relevant authorities, including screenshots and documents demonstrating the repetition, seriousness, and potential danger of this content.
The Institute has also been made aware of worrying information concerning the author’s alleged access to sensitive data, as well as his professional responsibilities involving vulnerable audiences, factors which justify increased vigilance and thorough investigation by the authorities.
In addition, a person close to the main author is also mentioned for antisemitic publications and for promoting Nazi ideology. These facts have already been covered by Sudinfo in a separate context and have been included in the file sent to the courts. »Freedom of expression does not cover the denial of genocide or incitement to hatred or violence. The Institut Jonathas points out that Holocaust denial is a criminal offense in Belgium, that incitement to hatred and violence constitutes a direct threat to social cohesion, and that social media cannot become lawless zones.
The Institut Jonathas will continue to document antisemitic abuses, refer them to the competent authorities, and work to combat antisemitism and defend the rule of law.
